qqe Terms and Conditions

qqe is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services to Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between qqe and its users ("member" or "you").

By using services provided through the qqe website, mobile app or any other digital channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

In addition to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also considered part of this agreement. Together, these documents define the relationship between qqe and its members.

Creating a personal account is required to use qqe's full services. Each user may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is a violation of qqe's policy and all associated accounts may be immediately cancelled.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Keeping your account login details (username, password) fully confidential is your own responsibility.
• Use a strong password to maintain account security and change it regularly.
• Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to the qqe support team immediately.
• You may not allow any third party to use your account.
• The account must be operated in the registered member's own name and on their own behalf.

All qqe services are for persons aged 21 or over only. Account registration by anyone under age is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

qqe may request identity or proof-of-age documents at any time. Failure to submit valid proof of age will result in the account being suspended and qqe reserves the right to withhold deposited funds. Providing false information about age will result in permanent account closure.

As part of the verification process, a copy of a national identity card, passport or government-issued photo ID may also be requested. It is the member's own responsibility to ensure the authenticity of the documents provided.

qqe supports transactions via the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (by any method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (by any method).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must belong to the member.
• Deposits or withdrawals from a third party's account are not permitted.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, qqe reserves the right to hold them until verification is complete.

Before requesting a withdrawal, the member must confirm that there are no active bonus wagering requirements remaining on their account. Details regarding bonuses are described in the next section.

qqe runs various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms which the member must read and agree to before claiming.

A welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• Bonuses are available only to members who have already been determined to be eligible.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• To withdraw winnings earned using bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met.
• qqe reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained from it will be forfeited.

All bets and games on qqe are conducted through real-money accounts. Once a game round or bet is confirmed, there is no option to cancel it, as outcomes are determined by automated and impartial technology.

• The minimum and maximum limits for each game or bet are displayed in that game's interface.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, qqe reserves the right to refund the member's stake.
• Any attempt at cheating, use of software, or exploitation of the system will result in account cancellation.
• In sports betting, market settlements are considered final in accordance with qqe's set rules.
• If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the game result will be determined according to server logs.

• Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.
• For security purposes, information may be shared with relevant authorities to meet legal obligations.
• The registered mobile number is used for OTP verification and managing security levels.
• If unusual activity is detected on a member's account, qqe may automatically initiate a security review.

All members must act honestly, lawfully and responsibly while using the qqe platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards other members or qqe staff.
• Use of automated software, bots or any kind of hacking tools.
• Artificially creating a profitable position by exploiting the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to qqe's systems or network.
• Operating an account under a false identity or placing bets in another person's name.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, qqe reserves the right to cancel the account, seize the balance and take legal action if necessary.

qqe may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Non-cooperation with the verification process or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• A Self-Exclusion request to protect the member's own interests.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more).

Members may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance (provided wagering requirements have been met) will be given through the usual method.

qqe makes every effort to keep its platform services running without interruption, however qqe will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a delay or technical problem on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events (such as natural disasters or government orders) that are beyond qqe's control.
• Loss caused by the member's own negligence or failure in security.

In all cases, qqe's maximum liability will be limited to the balance in the member's account at the time of the specific incident.

qqe reserves the right to amend, supplement or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified through their registered contact details where possible.

Continuing to use the service after changes have been made will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly to read the latest version. The date of the most recent update will be noted at the bottom of the Terms.

qqe believes that gaming and betting are a form of entertainment, not a way to earn a living. Members are asked to play consciously and within their means.

• Each member can set their own deposit and gaming time limits.
• If gaming starts to become an addiction, members are asked to use the self-exclusion service immediately.
• If family members notice signs of a problem, they can contact qqe support.
• Never gamble with borrowed money or funds set aside for essential expenses.
